For farm and ranch supply stores

Stock ahead of the price move.

AgriStock predicts price and supply risk early and shows its work. It tells your buyers what to order, how much and when, and every number comes with its reasons.

  • Forecasts as ranges
  • You set what runs itself
  • Phone-first, paperless

How it works

From a market move to a received delivery, in four steps.

This is the path the demo walks you through, start to finish.

  1. 1
    A signal fires

Steel moves 7%. It drives the T-posts, wire and gates you stock, and suppliers usually follow in about six weeks.

  2. 2
    A recommendation, with reasons

Buy 240 T-posts now. Every factor behind the number is listed, with how sure it is.

  3. 3
    The order is drafted

Recommendations group into purchase orders by supplier. Hands-off categories can order on their own, within your limit.

  4. 4
    Approve in one tap

A manager approves on a phone. When the truck arrives, staff receive it on theirs. No paper.

Signals

It watches the markets behind your shelves.

Prices and supply for farm goods move with a handful of markets. AgriStock watches those markets and links each one to the products it moves.

  • Commodity prices

Steel, resin, nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer, grain and diesel.

  • Trade data

Import and export volumes for the goods behind your shelves.

  • Freight and ports

Shipping rates and port delays that stretch lead times.

  • Weather and crops

Drought, planting progress and crop reports that shift seasonal demand.

  • Regulatory notices

Rule changes that restrict, relabel or phase out a product.

  • Store networkNext

Coming next: anonymous sell-through pooled across many stores.

How a signal reaches your shelf
  1. Every product is linked to its drivers. T-posts to steel and freight. Urea to nitrogen and imports. Drip line to resin.
  2. Moves are measured against their own history. A signal fires only when a move is big enough to matter.
  3. Each source has a known delay. That gap between the market and your supplier's price list is the window to act.

What it does not do: a barcode identifies a product, it does not track where it has been. AgriStock watches the markets behind a product, not the product itself.

Shows its work

Every recommendation explains itself.

No black box. Each factor says what it is, what it found, and whether it pushes toward buying more or less. Forecasts are ranges, and every recommendation says how sure it is.

Plain English for everyone

Buyers see the reasons and the quantities. Staff see what to count and receive.

Money stays with the owner

Costs, margins and order totals are removed on the server for every role except the owner. Managers approve on quantities and percentages.

Honest about uncertainty

It predicts risk early. It does not know the future, and it says how confident it is every time.

Every action is logged

Who approved what and when, and what ran on its own, is kept in an activity log.

Autonomy

You decide what runs itself.

Each category climbs its own ladder. Start everything on Suggest if you like, and move a category up once it has earned it.

Level 1
Suggest

Shows the recommendation. A person decides everything.

Typical default: Seed, animal health
Level 2
Approve

Drafts the purchase order. A manager approves it in one tap.

Typical default: Feed, fencing, fertilizer, irrigation
Level 3
Auto

Orders on its own up to a limit the owner sets, then tells you what it did.

Typical default: Fasteners and fittings
Roles

The right view for each person in the store.

  • Owner

Sees everything, including stock value, carrying cost, margins and cash tied up.

  • Buyer or manager

Runs signals, recommendations and orders. Approves on quantities and percentages, never sees costs.

  • Floor staff

Counts shelves and receives deliveries on a phone.

Your brand

It carries your name, not ours.

Supply companies roll it out under their own name, logo and colours. Your staff and customers see your store.
